Ship it to us at 98 Edenbridge Dr, Etobicoke, ON, Canada. Return shipping is calculated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for getting the mouthpiece to us. More info..
-
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! We ship across the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For plating services, visit your preferred carrier's website for details on shipping your mouthpiece to Canada.
-
How long does plating last?
Gold is a very soft metal by nature. Because of this, it will always fade with time. The speed at which it fades will vary, depending on how you use and treat your mouthpiece. With proper care, plating lasts 6 months to a year.
-
Why is my mouthpiece already fading?
When you recieve your mouthpiece from us, it may fade slightly in the first few days of use. This is normal. Excess gold is deposited on the surface and does not adhere properly. This extra layer wears off quickly, revealing the stable layer underneath.
-
Can you plate titanium or stainless steel mouthpieces?
Unfortunately, no. We are currently unable to gold or silver plate over titanium or stainless steel mouthpieces. This limits our ability to service mouthpieces by companies such as Giddings. We hope to offer this service soon, however.

How are taxes calculated?
Taxes are included in all of our prices, including both mouthpieces for sale and plating services for North American customers. No additional tax will be charged at checkout. Import fees and duties may apply depending on your region.
